The short version: SolMi! collects nothing.

This policy covers the SolMi! app for iPhone and iPad and this website.

No data is collected

SolMi! has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. It does not collect, store, or share any personal information, from children or from anyone else. No third-party services receive any data from SolMi!.

Everything stays on your device

Game progress (which songs and levels have been played) is saved only on your own device so the game can pick up where it left off. It never leaves the device. Deleting the app removes it completely.

The app works offline

The SolMi! app contains everything it needs. All songs, sounds, and artwork are built in. It makes no internet connections at all.

No microphone, no camera, no location

SolMi! does not record audio, and does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Children's privacy

SolMi! is listed for children, and it is built so there is simply no information to collect. This satisfies the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws: no personal information is gathered from any user of any age.

This website

This website is a plain page. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log the request as any web server does.

Changes to this policy

If SolMi! ever changes in a way that affects privacy, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date above.
